1. Purpose

5. Account Registration

9. Shipping

   • The product's value has significantly decreased due to the user's use or partial consumption
   • The product's value has decreased to the point where resale is difficult due to the passage of time
   • The packaging of a reproducible product has been damaged

12. Company's Obligations

13. User's Obligations

14. Limitation of Liability

15. Dispute Resolution

2. Lawsuits between the Company and users regarding e-commerce disputes shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the user's address at the time of filing.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms shall be effective from January 1, 2025.
